You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on the information received from the AI coaches. By using Coach|Catch's services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coach|Catch, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the service, including any harmful content generated by the AI coaches.
This AI Coaching Disclaimer is subject to the other provisions set forth in the Terms of Service and does not limit any other disclaimers, warranties, or limitations of liability stated therein. Coach|Catch's AI coaching service is intended for use by individuals who are 16 years of age or older. By using our website and services, you affirm that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16 and wish to use the service, you must do so under the direct supervision and with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Unfortunately, once you have subscribed to one of our plans we can not issue a refund. However, in some cases, the Company may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis and grant them at the sole discretion of the Company. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any subscription at any time, without notice or refund, if we suspect any fraudulent or illegal activity.
The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order. Please be advised that the prices displayed during the subscription process, specifically at the payment stage, shall be deemed as the prevailing and final prices for your consideration.
The Service or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis either monthly or yearly. depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription. At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.
You may cancel your subscription renewal under your profile. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period and You will not be able to use the services any further from the moment of cancellation.
The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period. The Company will provide You with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give You an opportunity to terminate Your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes Your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a Free Trial for a limited period of time.
You may be required to enter Your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.
If You do enter Your billing information when signing up for a Free Trial, You will not be charged by the Company until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless You cancelled Your Subscription, You will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription You have selected. At any time and without notice, the Company reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.

We only permit one account per user and if you try to create multiple accounts or violate our fair usage policy, we reserve the right to remove your data and ban & restrict your access to our service.
You are strictly prohibited from using any automated tools to access, interact, monitor the coaches. Unauthorized use of any automated tools on our website may result in legal action, including but not limited to the termination of your access to our services, as well as claims for damages and other remedies under applicable law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY OR THIRD PARTY RIGHTS THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATOR, COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE.
